Rensselaer City School District is proud to welcome Christy Radez as our new Director of Curriculum and Instruction! 

With over 20 years of experience focused on improving student achievement, her leadership includes work at the New York State Education Department, where she helped develop the Seal of Civic Readiness. Most recently, she served as Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Fonda, where she led a district-wide Science of Reading literacy initiative. 

Christy is passionate about supporting students and educators, and we're excited for the knowledge and energy she brings to our district. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jay and their three children.
