Potanimals Showcase!
Mrs. Kerr and Ms. Gentile’s 3rd-grade classes recently hosted an incredible Potanimal Day! Each student chose an endangered animal to research, wrote full essays, created slideshows, and habitat dioramas. Students were then given a potato to turn into their researched animal. They truly went above and beyond with their projects.
The Project Highlights:
Research: Students mastered their topics, wrote thorough research essays and created informative Google Slideshows.
Creativity: Every student built a detailed diorama and a "Potanimal" (an animal uniquely crafted out of a potato!).
Showcase: Families joined us to see these ingenious creations firsthand.
We are so proud of our 3rd graders for their hard work and dedication to learning about wildlife conservation!
